The cylinder head gasket improves the performance of an engine especially for the high performing and gen-next engines with direct fuel Injection. Utmost care is exercised in selecting the material in order to achieve the desired level of performance and results. We manufacture Cylinder Head Gaskets in multi-layered steel, graphite composite, beater jointing composite, steel back-bone and conventional perforated composite structures.

These gaskets are either made from Viton Coated Spring Steel or NBR Coated Steel of in Spring Steel or Stainless Steel coated with Teflon, Silicone, high temperature varnish or any other material that may enhance the durability and performance of the engine.

The Graphite Composite Cylinder Head Gaskets are specially designed as it being Isotropic material that draws heat away from hot spots, it has best cold sealing properties that assists in providing necessary lubrication that helps integration in thermal expansions of cylinder heads and engine blocks made from cast iron. We have also developed a special coating, patented with Fleet only, which is better than Teflon and other known coating materials. This special coating virtually eliminates leakages that helps achieving best performance.
